Mythology Tile is a wholesale mosaic tile vendor serving dealers, retailers, distributors, design professionals, and approved trade partners.

By accessing or using this Site, creating an account, submitting an inquiry, or conducting business with us through the Site, you agree to these Terms of Use and any policies referenced herein.

Please read these Terms carefully before using the Site. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Site.

USE OF THIS SITE

Mythology Tile grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to access and use this Site for legitimate business and informational purposes.

Mythology Tile operates as a wholesale mosaic tile vendor and does not sell directly to end consumers.

Products, pricing, account privileges, ordering capabilities, and other services may be limited to approved dealers, retailers, distributors, and trade partners.

We reserve the right to approve, decline, suspend, or terminate a trade or dealer account at our discretion.

We may request business information, resale documentation, tax documentation, or other information necessary to establish or maintain an account.

Customers are responsible for keeping their account and business information current and accurate.

ACCOUNT SECURITY

Certain features of the Site may require an account, username, password, or other identification.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and for activities conducted through your account.

Please notify Mythology Tile promptly if you believe your account has been accessed or used without authorization.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product information, including descriptions, dimensions, materials, finishes, photographs, specifications, availability, and other information.

However, product information may occasionally contain errors or omissions and may change without notice.

Because many Mythology Tile mosaics incorporate natural stone, variations in color, shade, veining, texture, pits, fissures, movement, and other natural characteristics should be expected.

Natural stone variations are inherent characteristics of the material and are not necessarily considered defects.

Product photographs, samples, displays, and website images are intended as general representations. They cannot guarantee the exact appearance of material received.

Dimensions and other specifications may be nominal or approximate and may vary within normal manufacturing tolerances.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

All products are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to discontinue products, modify collections, change specifications, limit quantities, or decline an order without prior notice.

Inventory information and estimated availability are subject to change.

If an ordered product becomes unavailable, Mythology Tile may contact the customer regarding available options.

PRICING

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Dealer, retailer, distributor, or trade pricing may vary based on account status, product, quantity, program, promotion, or other applicable terms.

If a pricing, product-information, or other error occurs, Mythology Tile reserves the right to correct the error before processing or fulfilling an order.

ORDERS

Orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

Submission of an order does not necessarily constitute acceptance by Mythology Tile.

We reserve the right to verify account information, payment information, quantities, pricing, shipping information, and other order details before accepting or processing an order.

We may decline or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving pricing errors, inventory discrepancies, payment issues, suspected fraud, account issues, or other circumstances affecting our ability to fulfill the order.

PAYMENT

Available payment methods and payment terms may vary depending on the customer's account.

Customers are responsible for all amounts associated with approved orders, including applicable product charges, taxes, shipping, freight, and other agreed charges.

Orders may be held or canceled if payment cannot be verified or processed according to the applicable account terms.

SHIPPING

Mythology Tile ships within the contiguous United States.

We do not ship internationally, to Hawaii, or to Alaska.

Shipping costs and methods may vary based on product, quantity, warehouse location, destination, carrier, and service requirements.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.

Additional shipping and delivery terms may be provided with an order or contained in our applicable shipping and return policies.

INSPECTION OF MATERIAL

Customers are responsible for inspecting all products immediately upon delivery and before installation.

Damaged, broken, incorrect, or missing material must be reported to Mythology Tile within 24 hours of delivery in accordance with our applicable policy.

Do not install material that appears damaged, incorrect, unacceptable, or different from what was expected.

Installation constitutes acceptance of the material. No claims will be accepted after installation.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, damaged-material claims, and related matters are governed by the applicable Mythology Tile Terms & Conditions and Return Policy.

Return requests must receive an RMA (Return Material Authorization) before material is returned.

Please review the applicable policy before ordering or returning products.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Site and its content, including product photographs, images, graphics, text, descriptions, logos, designs, layouts, videos, downloadable materials, and other content, are owned by or licensed to Mythology Tile and may be protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, display, sell, license, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit Site content without prior written authorization from Mythology Tile or the applicable rights holder.

Nothing contained on the Site grants any license or right to use any Mythology Tile trademark, trade name, logo, product image, or other intellectual property without authorization.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the aggregate liability of Mythology Tile arising from a product transaction will not exceed the amount paid to Mythology Tile for the product giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

INDEMNIFICATION

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mythology Tile, its affiliates, owners, officers, employees, representatives, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, violation of applicable law, or infringement of the rights of another party.

TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Site or an account when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated, fraudulent or unauthorized activity has occurred, or continued access could harm Mythology Tile, our customers, our systems, or another party.

MODIFICATIONS TO THE SITE

Mythology Tile reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site or any portion of its content, functionality, products, or services at any time without prior notice.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions, Return Policy, and any applicable dealer, trade, account, order, or written agreements, constitute the applicable agreement between you and Mythology Tile concerning your use of the Site and transactions with us.

If separate written terms agreed to by Mythology Tile apply to a particular dealer, account, or transaction, those terms will control to the extent of any conflict.
